?How old am I
I am 22 years old
?When did you start exercising
I started working out when I was about 15 years old, I wanted to just be bigger than my friends. I wasn't bullied or anything like that I just wanted to get bigger and out on more muscle.
?What was your weight on the beginning
.My weight when I first started to train was around 160 pounds. I was already a shredded kid. Just wanted to out on size
?What is your weight today
My current weight today is 240 lbs. and my height is 6"1. The heaviest I have been was 250lbs.
?What do you eat everyday
I eat a variety of foods. Mainly I have 7 meals a day. Each containing protein carbs and vegetables. Either chicken/brown rice, steak and sweet potato. Beef/brown rice. And fish/white potato. Same for each 7 meals.
?How many hours a day do you practice
I workout about an hour in a Half to 2 hours everyday and sometime I workout twice a day.
?What is your goal in life
My goal is to inspire everyone out there that no matter what their goals are they can do it and to never give up and to help them reCh their fitness goals.
?What makes a life apart from training
We'll as me being 22 I am working full time and i am in marketing. But my family and work And to give advise to people who want to learn more and to be in shape.
?What tip have a health life and body to win
You have to never give up and you can't think negative. It takes time to build the body you want. It doesn't happen over night. If you out your mind to where you want to be you can do it.
